DRAGLINE 42 - PEAK DOWNS MINE

Dragline Forty-Two (DRE42) is a new large Bucyrus 8750 DC machine that is being constructed at the BMA Peak Downs Mine open cut pit near the township of Moranbah in Central Queensland. It is the first machine of its kind to be purchased by BMA and the second machine of its size. Planned walk off of the machine is December 2010.

MAINGATE 18 - CRINUM EAST MINE

Inete Pty Ltd is provided the Commissioning Managers role for the relocation of the Maingate conveyor at the BMACO Crinum East Mine in Central Queensland.

DRAGLINE 41 - BLACKWATER MINE

Dragline Forty-One (DRE41) is a large 8200 Marion machine that was relocated from the U.S.A. for use at the BMACO Blackwater Mine open cut pit near the township of Blackwater in Central Queensland . It is the second machine of its size to be introduced to the Blackwater pits. This is the second time this machine had been relocated. Originally moved once in the U.S.A., it has for the second time been cut up and this time shipped across the Pacific Ocean to the port of Mackay for transport across the range to Blackwater. Electrically the machine is virtually brand new. Everything has been upgraded or enhanced from the MG-Sets, Main DC Motors, PLC gear and PCR. The electrical components on this machine were replaced from the older style hardwired relay logic to a fully automated and enunciated control system. Inete was recently awarded the Engineers Australia Queensland Division Small Business Ventures/Projects award for its work carried out on DRE41.

TRAIN LOADOUT - GOONYELLA RIVERSIDE MINE

Inete Pty Ltd is provided the Commissioning Managers role for the upgrade of the Train Loadout at the BMACO Goonyella Riverside Mine in Central Queensland.

BELT FILTER PROJECT- GOONYELLA RIVERSIDE MINE

Inete Pty Ltd has successfully completed the commissioning engineers role at the BMACO Goonyella Riverside Mine in Central Queensland. This project involved Inete producing and implementing the commissioning process as well as providing the electrical expertise on-site for the job.

DRAGLINE 7 - PEAK DOWNS MINE

Dragline Seven (DRE007) is situated in the Bowen Basin at the BMACO's Peak Downs mine in Central Queensland, 30km South of the Moranbah Township. DRE7 is a Bucyris 1370 dragline that was first put into service in 1972. The machine is currently undergoing its major shutdown which occur every fifth year.

Inete is currently providing the control systems expertise which includes upgrading the existing Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) on board the machine as well as upgrading the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA).

DRAGLINE 23 - PEAK DOWNS MINE

Dragline Twenty-Three (DRE23) is situated in the Bowen Basin at the BMACO's Peak Downs mine in Central Queensland, 30km South of the Moranbah Township. DRE23 is a Bucyris 1370 that was converted to the Universal Dig and Dump(UDD) system in 2002. In June-July 2007 Inete was involved in the machines five year major shutdown.

Inete provided the control systems expertise which included upgrading the existing Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) on board the machine as well as upgrading the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA). Inete was also involved in the Boom Raise/Lower Procedure as well as providing several other key services to the job.

DRAGLINE 39- BLACKWATER MINE

Dragline Thirty-Nine (DRE39) is a Bucyris 1370 Dragline situated in Blackwater in Central Queensland. Inete was contracted to be involved in the Boom-Replacement Shutdown which run for two weeks in August 2007.

Inete was engaged by BMACO to upgrade and implement a new Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) on board the machine, as well as providing the services to Raise/Lower the machines boom.
